Located on a railway right-of-way near the city’s core, this mixed-use complex includes design studios, retail, and office space. Replacing two dilapidated warehouses, the linear footprint of the original structure is reinterpreted with courtyards and a sculpture garden while accommodating a cell tower. A sawtooth design responds to South Florida’s climate, providing abundant northern light and optimal solar orientation. The project bridges an industrial site with the surrounding cultural district, supporting revitalization and renewal.
