This renovation elevates the theatrical experience from the exterior inward. Originally built in 1979, the three-story, 63,650 SF community theatre now serves as a modern not-for-profit regional production venue where all shows are created on site. The design introduces a new back-of-house, vertical circulation connecting stage levels, a second flex theatre, and a Conservatory of Performing Arts. A dramatic three-story glass curtain wall reveals rehearsal and costume spaces, while angular forms and illuminated details echo the stage's energy.
