Located along A1A, this vacant parcel borders the Intracoastal waterway to the northwest and A1A to the southeast.  Upon completion this development will feature a three-story structure including four townhouse units with views and access to the waterway.  The mixed-use design has varied roof lines that provide a village concept.  In addition to the residential component, the project will include 3,200 SF of retail space on the ground floor with residential units on the next two levels.
