Delivered through Design-Build and completed in 2023, Station 88 is a two-story, four-bay fire station on a 1.96-acre site at Blue Heron and Congress Avenue. The facility includes officer bunk rooms, offices, administrative spaces, a 1,000 SF mezzanine, and a three-story training tower. Designed with red, yellow, and green environmental zones and circadian lighting, the station provides full emergency generator backup and received design excellence awards from Firehouse Magazine and the Fire Facilities Design Awards Program.
