BLUESTEN PARK AND YMCA

This 17-acre urban park includes a 45,000 SF community center complex, tennis, racquetball and basketball courts, three baseball fields and a competition pool located on the site with proper solar orientation. The building encompasses all of the amenities of a modern civic wellness center including rooms for high and low impact exercise, weightlifting and strength training, a spin room and a large interior gymnasium with a college scale basketball court and bleachers. A key program element of this state-of-the-art recreation complex is providing child care services and a full range of youth activities. 2019 Merit Award of Excellence – Palm Beach Chapter of the AIA
