The firm’s vision for Uptown Atlantic proposed the reshaping and integration of a blighted three block area on West Atlantic Avenue into Delray Beach’s adjacent thriving downtown. The building program included 47,882 SF of commercial retail and restaurant space, 17,268 SF of office, 73 apartments, and 39 townhomes. With a budget of $33 million, the P3 project was a venture between the City of Delray Beach’s CRA and a private development firm.
