Delivered through Design-Build and completed in 2023, Station 88 is a two-story, four-bay facility on a 1.96-acre site at Blue Heron and Congress Avenue. It includes eight bunk rooms with expansion, four officer suites, 11 offices, a breakroom, conference room, mezzanine, and training tower. The station features full generator backup, wellness-focused zoning, and circadian lighting. It received design awards, followed by Station 87 (2025) and Station 86 (2027).
