About Lighthouse Point Fire Rescue Headquarters and EOC

In July 2019, Currie Sowards Aguila Architects was selected through a CCNA process by the City of Lighthouse Point to design five projects: a 16,000 SF Fire Station/EOC, 8,000 SF Community Center, 3,500 SF Public Works Administration building, a Public Works remodel, and a Library addition. The two-story, Category V Fire Station/EOC features administrative offices, crew quarters, dining and dayroom areas, meeting spaces, apparatus bays, and an upper-level Emergency Operations Center with support spaces.
