Construction of this project is scheduled to begin in March 2026 and includes improvements to an existing 24,000-square-foot facility, along with an approximately 840-square-foot addition for a Kardex automated storage tower system and compressor room. The scope includes interior tenant improvements, including architectural, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection work, as well as site upgrades. Equipment layouts are designed for specialized spaces such as clean room and water treatment areas.
