Delivered via design/build, this bascule bridge and streetscape connects both sides of the Intracoastal Waterway. Features include bridge façade, tender house, barriers, lighting, tensioned sails, and uplighting. Nautical-themed artwork and a pedestrian esplanade provide waterfront access. Part of the City’s East CRA redevelopment, the project complements a historic pier, parking structure, fire station, and commercial improvements, blending Florida and modern vernacular design to revitalize the seaside community.
