This 48,200 SF Courthouse and Detention Facility includes three courtrooms, offices for the County Clerk, State Attorney, Drug Court, and a 10,906 SF detention center for 57 detainees. The contemporary design balances stately presence with functional scale, featuring a two-story glass courtyard with fountain wall. This marks CSAA’s 15th Monroe County project, complementing prior work including fire stations, the Murray T. Nelson Government Center, Freeman Justice Center, and other public works throughout the Keys.
